We at Gauge 16 under Sri Ganesh Steels Centre group have a heritage of providing utensils and kitchen wares since 1978 and are driven by a vision to provide quality kitchenware products to Hotel and Catering Industries. Since then we have pioneered the art of reaching out to the hotels and catering markets with the latest product innovations in this area. Having started with a shop in the heart of the city in City Market; now we are in the track of expansion to meet the current demands of our customers.
In a first step of expansion we moved on to manufacture Kitchen Equipments and started kitchen systems about fifteen years back. Under manufacturing of kitchen equipments, we offer kitchen design and consulting services to hotels and large kitchen setups as part of our services offerings. The services include Kitchen Layout designing and Plumbing, Electrical lining, Gas Lining. And then we manufacture various products required for the operations of the kitchen.
In a second step we started a new showroom with wide range of products displayed over 8000 sq ft space based in J.P Nagar. The showroom has collections of steel and aluminum wares, crockery, cutlery sets and Kitchen equipments.
In the past; we have catered from small darshini restaurants to fine dining restaurants to budget hotels to 5 star hotels in India and Abroad. Our ability to assist clients with their needs showcases the flexibility along with the robustness in catering to the needs of the clients.

Mattu Bhaskar Rao hails from the heritage city of Udupi. Udupi, is known for its popularity in quality food and beverage services. With the rise in demand for Hotel services, in Karnataka Mr. Bhaskar Rao with his visionary skills saw the demand for quality kitchenware products and ventured into the business of Kitchenware. Thus began the journey of Ganesh Steels Group in 1978.

Sudheendra is a second generation businessman and a qualified mechanical engineer. He inherits the business skills from Sri. Bhaskar Rao and is a dynamic person with varied interests. Never missing an opportunity to play basket ball in his daily schedule, Mr. Sudheendra spearheads the expansion phase of the Ganesh Steels Group.

Gururaj is a commerce graduate. Even though a commerce graduate, he excels in engineering skills and masters the Designing and Consulting process of Commercial Kitchen Layouts and Equipments. Gururaj masters another life saving skill set which is Snake Rescue Process.
